Arches is one the amazing national parks that dot the Utah landscape. Arches is a mix of hiking and leisurely driving with plenty of stops to admire the amazing vistas. The view changes dramatically from winter to summer, and the crisp blue skies are amazing. Make sure you spend time exploring the amazing vistas available from Windows, Fiery Furnace, Delicate Arch and the Devil's Garden.

The drive from Moab, Utah is about 30 minutes. We recommend you stay in Moab and also take the chance to visit Canyonlands National Park.
Getting to Moab, you have a number of options. Driving from the following cities is easy and the roads are great summer or winter. From Salt Lake City, Utah - 4 hours, from Denver, Colorado- 5 1/2 hours, from St George, Utah - 5-6 hours (route dependent) from Sante Fe, New Mexico 6.5 hours and from Phoenix, Arizona it is about 7 1/2 hours.
You can also fly into Moab, Utah.
